Consultancy

Inkopo can engage with a project at any stage but often becomes involved when the need for a sustainable and fundable business plan has been identified.

Typically our assignments have a construction dimension to accommodate public, private or community enterprises and can involve BME or disadvantaged communities.

Where projects involve asset transfer, we undertake appraisals to quantify risk. When appropriate we help with the establishment of community organisations including social enterprises and community interest companies (CICs).

As an established deliverer of business development, incubation and related investment services, we can provide clients with business support ranging from initial concept and fund raising through to full scale operation and expansion.

Our strong links to both private and public investor networks means we are adept in helping.

Project delivery

When a project is ready for implementation Inkopo can provide hands-on support to the project partners.

This service can range from coordinating partner and stakeholder meetings, through detailed programme development and financial planning, to managing the specification, construction and commissioning of projects.

Often we work alongside architects and other professionals to provide the overall management of an entire project. We install monitoring and reporting systems to ensure projects are to time, budget and delivering the planned outputs and outcomes.

When required we will undertake the detailed delivery of hard and soft elements of a project.

Other services available include the supply of interim managers and the provision of accounting, marketing, web development, e-commerce and ICT expertise.
